Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1.5 pounds tilapia fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Whisk the egg and soy sauce in a bowl until combined.
  • Coat tilapia pieces in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip each piece in beaten eggs, then press into bread crumbs. Gently shake off any loose crumbs. Place breaded tilapia on a plate without stacking.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle the breaded tilapia in vegetable oil until each side turns a delicious golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
