Fish tacos slaw: blend red and white cabbage, carrots, pickles, Cajun-adobo dressing for a crunchy, tangy taco upgrade.
Ingredients:
0.5 head white cabbage, finely chopped
0.5 head red cabbage, finely chopped
2 large carrots, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
2spearsdill pickle, chopped
2cups mayonnaise
1cupcreamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
0.25 cupdill pickle juice, or more to taste
4teaspoons Cajun seasoning, or more to taste
2teaspoons white vinegar
1teaspoonadobo seasoning
Instructions:
Combine white cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, onion, and pickle in a bowl.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, salad dressing, pickle juice, Cajun seasoning, vinegar, and adobo seasoning until fully mixed. Toss the dressing with the cabbage mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
