Apple crisp, easy and quick to make: apples, oats, cinnamon, butter, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tart apples - peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, divided
  • 0.25 cup butter, cut into pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread apples in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Combine melted butter, flour, sugar, oats, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Dot with remaining 1/4 cup butter and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes until the apples are tender and beautifully golden brown.
