Ingredients:
- 8 links pork sausage
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1.5 cups mashed potatoes
Instructions:
- Heat a deep skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray, and brown sausages. Set aside. Saute onion until tender. Pour in tomato soup and bring to a simmer. Add sausages back to the skillet and simmer in the soup for 30 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes.
