Try the Negroni, a timeless blend of gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. For a twist, swap the gin for prosecco in the refreshing sbagliato spritzer.
Ingredients:
  • 11 /2 cups Campari
  • 11/2 cups sweet vermouth
  • 1 (750-ml) bottle prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
  • 12 orange twists
Instructions:
  • Mix the Campari and vermouth in a pitcher, then refrigerate for 1-24 hours.
  • Right before serving, pour prosecco into the pitcher. Pour into coupe glasses and garnish each cocktail with an orange twist.
