Tangy cabbage and green onion salad with ramen, toasted almonds, and zesty dressing. Chilled for hours, it's a flavorful delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
  • 4 ounces slivered almonds, toasted
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
Instructions:
  • Mix together the cabbage, green onions, noodles, and almonds in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning packets to make the dressing. Pour over cabbage and noodle mixture, mix well to coat, and refrigerate until chilled before serving.
