Indulge with a dollop of thick cream and sprinkle with chocolate on top of your coffee for a luxurious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml Nescafé Gold Original coffee
  • 1l milk
  • 80g chocolate
  • Chocolate flakes or chocolate curls, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof jug, combine coffee and 2/3 cup (160ml) hot water. Stir until coffee dissolves. Mix in 1/2 cup (125ml) cold water. Transfer the coffee mixture into a 12-hole ice cube tray and freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
  • Warm milk in a small saucepan over low heat, ensuring it doesn't exceed 40°C. Stir in chocolate powder until dissolved, then remove from heat.
  • Distribute ice cubes into glasses, pour in milk mixture, and top with chocolate sprinkles.
