Chocolate chip cookie dough balls dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate for irresistible truffle perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups chocolate chips, divided
  • 0.25 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Combine brown sugar and butter in a bowl and cream together using an electric mixer for 4 to 5 minutes. Then, add milk, vanilla, and salt, and mix well. Incorporate flour by hand until fully combined. Gently fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips. Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.
  • Take spoonfuls of cookie dough and shape into balls. Place them on a plate or baking sheet that will fit in the freezer. Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
  • In two separate microwave-safe bowls, heat 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and white chocolate chips until soft, approximately 30 seconds. Stir well. Microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Coat cookie dough balls in luscious melted chocolate, then artfully drizzle with white chocolate. Chill until firm, approximately 30 minutes.
