Effortless no-knead pizza dough with whole wheat flour for added nutrition and a rich, nutty taste. Prep days ahead for convenience!
Ingredients:
  • 2 2/3 cups (320g) white flour (all-purpose or bread flour)
  • 1 1/3 cups (150g) whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (354g) water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl, whisk until mixed. Pour water in and stir until dough forms and pulls away from the bowl. Shape into a rough ball using wet hands. Alternatively, with a stand mixer, mix ingredients on low speed until dough forms. Shape into a ball with wet hands.
  • Enhance dough rising: Drizzle olive oil over the dough and gently spread it with your hands. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying and let it rise at room temperature for 2 to 12 hours until doubled. For longer storage, deflate the risen dough, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature for 30 minutes before shaping.
  • Shape and bake the risen dough into pizzas following your desired pizza recipe instructions.
