Asian-Inspired Sesame Pasta Salad with cilantro, peanuts, and green onions.
Ingredients:
1poundspaghetti
0.5 cupsesame oil
7tablespoons honey
6tablespoons soy sauce
0.25 cupcorn oil
2teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
1teaspoonsalt
0.75 cupchoppedfresh cilantro, or more to taste
0.75 cupshavedgreen onions, or more to taste
0.33333334326744 cuphoney-roasted peanuts, or more to taste
2tablespoons toastedsesame seeds
Instructions:
Bring a pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes, then drain.
Combine spaghetti, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, corn oil, red pepper flakes, and salt in a large bowl, ensuring the spaghetti is evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Just before serving, add cilantro, green onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds; toss to mix well.
