Asian-Inspired Sesame Pasta Salad with cilantro, peanuts, and green onions.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 0.5 cup sesame oil
  • 7 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup corn oil
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste
  • 0.75 cup shaved green onions, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey-roasted peanuts, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 12 minutes, then drain.
  • Combine spaghetti, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, corn oil, red pepper flakes, and salt in a large bowl, ensuring the spaghetti is evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Just before serving, add cilantro, green onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds; toss to mix well.
