Ingredients:

Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
60ml (1/4 cup) Single Barrel Bourbon
Soda water, to serve
2 orange slices
2 glace cherries

Instructions:

In each of the 2 serving glasses, gently drizzle a touch of bitters, swirl to cover the inside of the glass, then add ice.
Split the bourbon and sugar evenly among the glasses. Pour soda water over the top. Garnish with the orange slices and glace cherries on toothpicks for decoration.
