Elevate your smoothie game with a stunning layered berry bomb.
Ingredients:
  • 150g blackberry
  • 45g rolled oats
  • 2 frozen bananas, coarsely chopped
  • 280g yoghurt
  • 125ml milk
  • 150g raspberry
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend the blackberries with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Divide and pour half of the blackberry mixture into the serving glasses.
  • Blend together the oats, banana, yoghurt, and milk until smooth. Transfer two-thirds of the mixture to a bowl and set aside.
  • Combine the rest of the blackberry mixture with the leftover banana mixture in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly into the glasses.
  • Combine half of the banana mixture with the raspberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture between glasses and top with the remaining banana mixture before serving.
