Whip up a satisfying vegetarian omelette for breakfast in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 10 eggs
  • 3 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml shredded sage leaves, plus 8 extra sage leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 80g fresh ricotta
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large frypan, cook onion until soft, add sage and garlic. Pour in eggs, crumble ricotta on top, cook until nearly set. Finish under the grill until golden. Serve sliced.
