Savor quick and delicious orange ginger glazed turkey tenderloins, ready in just 30 minutes for a delightful dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 pounds turkey breast tenderloins
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon white or regular Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet, warm oil over medium heat. Sear turkey for 5 minutes until browned on one side; then, flip the turkey.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and lower the heat to low.
  • Simmer with lid on for 15 to 20 minutes, stir occasionally until sauce thickens and turkey is no longer pink in the center. Slice turkey thinly and top with sauce.
