Elevate your dessert game with luxurious chocolate-dipped treats.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml pouring cream
  • 300g organic dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • Fresh fruit, to serve
  • Biscotti, to serve (see notes)
Instructions:
  • Gently warm the cream in a fondue pot or small saucepan over medium-low heat until it's nearly simmering. Lower the heat to low, then add the chocolate. Stir occasionally for about 6 minutes until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
  • Gently warm the chocolate fondue over low heat and enjoy right away with a selection of fruit, biscotti, and brownies.
