Create a simple and delicious corn casserole by mixing whole kernel corn, creamed corn, corn bread mix, and margarine.
Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup margarine, melted
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
- Combine melted margarine, sweet corn, creamy corn, and cornbread mix in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place in a preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the center is set and the top is a beautiful light golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
