Ingredients:
1teaspooncornstarch
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1red bell pepper, chopped
1zucchini, sliced
1carrot, sliced
1.3333300352097 cups bean sprouts
0.66666698455811 cupfresh corn kernels
4green onions, sliced
1clovecrushedgarlic
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch, then stir in olive oil and soy sauce until well mixed. Set aside.
In a skillet or wok over medium-high heat, sauté bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot in hot oil for 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts, corn, green onions, and garlic, and stir to combine.
Add the soy sauce mixture and cook while stirring until vegetables are tender but still have a satisfying crunch, approximately 5 minutes.
