Tender pig's feet stew simmered in tangy vinegar, savory soy sauce, and water base.
Ingredients:
  • 3.25 pounds pig's feet, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1.5 cups vinegar
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns, crushed
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a stockpot, mix together the pig's feet, vinegar, water, soy sauce, onion, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaves, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and pulls easily from the bones and the liquid thickens, about 1 hour. Serve hot.
