Ingredients:
  • 2 Turkish bread rolls, split
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 125g thinly sliced pancetta
  • 165.00 ml basil leaves
  • 125g mozzarella cheese, sliced
Instructions:
  • Drizzle oil over the cut surfaces of the rolls. Lay out the pancetta, basil leaves, and cheese on the bottom halves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place the roll tops on top of the bases and press down firmly to secure them. Lightly spray the tops and bases with oil, then wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the sliders overnight or until you’re ready to toast them.
  • Preheat the sandwich maker until it's nice and hot. Toast the rolls for 6 to 8 minutes until the cheese melts, and the bread becomes crisp and golden.
