Ingredients:
  • 5 cups chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 0.5 cup sliced green onions
  • 0.5 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 cups cubed French bread
Instructions:
  • Mix together fresh, vibrant tomatoes, crisp cucumber, zesty green onion, sweet yellow pepper, fragrant parsley, and aromatic basil in a spacious bowl.
  • Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Drizzle over the tomato mixture and mix well. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C. Spread bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes until they are golden and crisp.
