4cups cubedFrench bread
Instructions:
Mix together fresh, vibrant tomatoes, crisp cucumber, zesty green onion, sweet yellow pepper, fragrant parsley, and aromatic basil in a spacious bowl.
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Drizzle over the tomato mixture and mix well. Chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C. Spread bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes until they are golden and crisp.
