Papajoe's Coleslaw for BBQ Samiches (Sandwiches for Normal Folk)

Tangy-sweet coleslaw - the perfect BBQ side.
Ingredients:
0.5 large head cabbage, thinly sliced
0.5 cupfinely shreddedcarrots
0.5 cupcreamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
0.5 cupmayonnaise (such as Duke's®)
0.25 cupbuttermilk
0.25 cupsour cream
2tablespoons honey
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonlemon juice
1.5 teaspoons salt, or more to taste
1teaspoonbasil pesto
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonground cayenne pepper
1teaspooncelery seed
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongroundblack pepper
0.5 teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions:
Combine the cabbage and carrots in a spacious bowl, gently mixing them.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle half of the dressing over the cabbage mix and mix well. Slowly incorporate the rest of the dressing until the coleslaw reaches your preferred thickness. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for a minimum of 3 hours to let the flavors meld.
