Irresistible broccoli and Parmesan cheese balls with crispy stuffing coating.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 (6 ounce) package chicken flavored dry stuffing mix
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 0.75 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
  • 1. In a saucepan, add broccoli and enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
  • Combine broccoli, stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, onion, eggs, margarine, pepper, and garlic salt in a big bowl. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour until moisture is absorbed.
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a medium baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
