Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 2 brown onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 sachet tomato paste
  • 18.00 gm sugar
  • 20.00 ml balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
  • Introduce diced tomatoes and garlic to the pan. Use the water to rinse the cans and pour 1/2 can of water into the pan.
  • Combine sugar, vinegar, and herbs in the mixture, followed by adding tomato paste. Stir thoroughly to blend all the flavors.
  • Simmer gently until rich and velvety, stirring occasionally.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste preferences.
