Irresistible fruity punch with gelatin, pineapple, and lemon juice, frozen and topped with bubbly ginger ale. Perfect for celebrations!
Ingredients:
- 3 (3 ounce) packages fruit flavored Jell-O® mix
- 4 cups white sugar
- 13 cups boiling water
- 2 (46 fluid ounce) cans pineapple juice
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle lemon juice concentrate
- 2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled
Instructions:
- Combine gelatin and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in boiling water until fully dissolved. Mix in pineapple juice and lemon juice concentrate. Divide the mixture into 2 containers and freeze until solid.
- When ready to enjoy, gently transfer the gelatin mixture to a festive punch bowl and cube it. Delicately pour in the effervescent ginger ale.
