Elevate your meal with this delicious hot potato salad, perfect for prepping ahead and reheating before enjoying.
Ingredients:
  • 4.5 cups potatoes - peeled and cubed
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.125 teaspoon celery salt
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, cook the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain well after simmering.
  • Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the cooked bacon on a paper towel-lined plate, then crumble and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, Cheddar cheese, relish, onion, and olives. Add the mayonnaise, celery salt, and black pepper. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with bacon before baking.
  • Place in the oven until the potatoes are golden brown and the cheese is melted, approximately 45 minutes.
