Savory mushrooms cooked in butter, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and oregano. Perfect with any variety of mushrooms.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound button mushrooms, sliced
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, combine butter and oil until melted. Add balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes until tender. Enjoy the flavorful sauteed mushrooms!
