Ingredients:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Then, stir in peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and milk. Gently fold in the fluffy egg whites.
  • Sprinkle the peanut butter chips evenly onto the graham cracker crust. Pour the filling over the chips, then top with chopped peanuts.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
