Ingredients:
1cuppeanut butter
0.5 cupwhite sugar
2eggs, separated
0.5 cupmilk
0.25 cuphoney
1tablespoonvanilla extract
1cupcrushedpeanuts
1cuppeanut butter chips
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Then, stir in peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and milk. Gently fold in the fluffy egg whites.
Sprinkle the peanut butter chips evenly onto the graham cracker crust. Pour the filling over the chips, then top with chopped peanuts.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
