Flavorful, untested member recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 250ml cream
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 field mushrooms, sliced
  • 62.50 gm dry white wine
  • 127.50 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • Pinch pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • In a hot pan, sear chicken in oil until golden on both sides, ensuring it's almost cooked through before setting aside.
  • Sauté onion, bacon, garlic, and mushroom together for 3-4 minutes in a pan. Pour in wine and let it cook off for 30 seconds. Stir in chicken stock and bring to a boil, then add cream and bring back to a boil. Season with pepper, return chicken to the pan, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Take out the chicken from the pan once more, increase the heat, and simmer the sauce until it thickens beautifully. Spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving.
