Flavorful, untested member recipe.
Ingredients:
250ml cream
36.40 gm olive oil
2chicken breasts
1/2 red onion, diced
2rashersbacon
1clovegarlic
3field mushrooms, sliced
62.50 gm dry white wine
127.50 gm chicken style liquid stock
Pinchpepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a hot pan, sear chicken in oil until golden on both sides, ensuring it's almost cooked through before setting aside.
Sauté onion, bacon, garlic, and mushroom together for 3-4 minutes in a pan. Pour in wine and let it cook off for 30 seconds. Stir in chicken stock and bring to a boil, then add cream and bring back to a boil. Season with pepper, return chicken to the pan, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Take out the chicken from the pan once more, increase the heat, and simmer the sauce until it thickens beautifully. Spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving.
