Grilled meat with sweet and savory peach salsa with a hint of spicy habanero.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 0.5 habanero pepper, seeded and minced, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, gently mix together peaches, lime juice, red onion, habanero pepper, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and pepper to prevent bruising. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to allow flavors to combine.
