Decadent peanut butter cheesecake with customizable jelly topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33333334326744 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup any flavor fruit jam
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool before using.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and flour in a large bowl, mixing until smooth. Gradually add eggs, one at a time, then blend in milk before pouring the batter into the crust.
  • 1. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then, lower the temperature to 250°F (120°C) and bake for an additional 40 minutes. 2. Allow the cake to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before removing it from the pan. 3. Smoothly stir the jelly and drizzle it over the cake in a lattice pattern.
