Elevate classic layered bars with creamy peanut butter and crunchy potato chips for a sweet and salty twist, ideal for potluck gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 1 sleeve of graham crackers)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 1/4 cup crushed salted kettle-style potato chips
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides. Spray the paper with cooking spray and secure the overhang with metal binder clips.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in a medium bowl until fully mixed. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan and set aside.
  • Microwave peanut butter on High for 30 seconds in a small bowl until slightly melted. Stir in condensed milk until combined.
  • Create a delicious stack by layering half of the potato chips, coconut flakes, peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips on top of the cracker base. Repeat with the remaining chips and flakes. Drizzle the peanut butter-condensed milk mixture evenly over the layered toppings.
  • Place in the center of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the condensed milk is melted into bars and the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack for about 30 minutes until completely cooled.
  • Cut the bars into bite-sized squares for easy serving.
