Simple and delightful banana peanut butter smoothie with a hint of cinnamon - a must-try!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
  • A few dashes of cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Prepare the smoothie: Combine 1 cup whole milk, banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, and ice in a blender. Blend from low to high speed, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust thickness with extra milk, one tablespoon at a time. Blend until frothy and smooth. Serve.
