Transform breakfast cereal into chewy and delicious peanut butter raisin cookies in just one hour. No chilling or rolling needed - simply mix the dough and bake to perfection. Enjoy with a glass of cold milk.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 cups Total® Raisin Bran cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine butter, peanut butter, sugars, and egg in a large bowl and mix until well blended. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder, then fold in the cereal.
  • Place rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake until lightly browned, about 11 to 13 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer from the baking sheet.
