Upgrade your summer squash bake with extra veggies and cheese for a mouthwatering twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large summer squash, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 0.25 cup butter, cut into small chunks
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange the summer squash slices in a neat layer on the base of a 9x12-inch baking dish. Top with dots of butter and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  • Roast in the oven until the squash is tender, bubbling, and beautifully golden brown, for about 20 minutes.
