Whip up these savory chicken pancakes with simple ingredients for a delicious meal tonight!
Ingredients:
  • 150g snow peas, trimmed
  • 4 green onions
  • 50g snow pea sprouts, trimmed
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, halved lengthways, sliced
  • 750.00 ml chopped cooked chicken (see note)
  • 178.20 gm hoisin sauce
  • 400g packet frozen French-style crepes
  • 8 garlic chives
Instructions:
  • Finely shred snow peas and thinly slice onions, then place them in a bowl along with sprouts and cucumber. Toss to combine. Serve chicken and hoisin sauce in separate bowls.
  • 1. Cook crepes according to package instructions. Place a crepe on a plate. Add 1/8th of the snow pea mixture, chicken, and hoisin sauce. Roll up and tie with a chive. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve.
