Ingredients:
  • 1 whole chicken (cut in quarters)
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of MasterFoodsⓇ Dried Oregano
  • 2.50 gm MasterFoodsⓇ Paprika
  • 5.00 gm MasterFoodsⓇ Ground Cumin
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 86.63 gm soy sauce
  • 400.00 gm rice
  • 625.00 gm water
  • 2 tsp MasterFoodsⓇ Saffron
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 63.75 gm chicken stock
  • 125.00 ml of frozen corn
Instructions:
  • Blend together the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and oil in a blender to create the marinade.
  • Coat the chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for 8-24 hours, turning occasionally to distribute the flavors evenly.
  • Preheat oven to 220°F.
  • Place a whole chicken in a roasting pan and add 1 cup of water. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
