Create a zesty homemade dry rub for chicken, beef, ribs, or any dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder (such as Gebhardt®)
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions:
  • Mix together salt, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, white sugar, brown sugar, and mustard in a sealed container. Shake vigorously until spices are fully combined.
