Indulgent piggy pudding with creamy cream cheese filling and nutty crust.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine butter, flour, and chopped walnuts in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
  • Combine softened cream cheese with confectioners' sugar until silky. Gently mix in half of the whipped topping. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Mix chocolate pudding mix with milk until well combined, then spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle walnuts over the top.
