Easy pineapple sheet cake for snacking.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you generously grease and flour a 10x15 inch sheet pan.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, and baking soda by sifting them into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, pineapple with its juice, and vanilla. Create a well in the flour mixture and pour in the pineapple mixture. Stir until well combined, then spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center. Cool before serving.
