Succulent chicken bites wrapped in crispy bacon and coated in zesty ranch seasoning for a mouthwatering appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound sliced bacon
  • 5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 60 wooden toothpicks
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  • Combine the sugar and ranch dressing mix in a shallow bowl.
  • Slice bacon in half crosswise. Wrap each chicken chunk with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Coat the bacon-wrapped chicken in the sugar-ranch dressing mixture.
  • Place the bacon-wrapped chicken on the baking sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, the bacon is sizzling, and the crust is browned.
