Elevate your party with a dippable pizza guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 24 Totino's™ Pizza Rolls™ Frozen Pizza Snacks Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons canned Muir Glen™ organic pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
  • Fresh parsley, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Combine ricotta cheese, parsley flakes, basil leaves, garlic, and salt in a small bowl; set aside. In another small bowl, mix mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses; set aside.
  • In a 9-inch ovenproof skillet, neatly arrange pizza snacks in 2 rows along the edges. Fill the center with the ricotta cheese mixture, followed by the pizza sauce and half of the pepperoni. Finish by topping with the shredded cheese mixture and the remaining pepperoni slices.
  • After baking for 14 minutes, generously sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot, and enjoy by dipping the pizza snacks into the warm pizza sauce in the center.
