Tangy plum jam sauce with a hint of garlic and spices, perfect for dipping egg rolls and meats.
Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces plum jam
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix jam, vinegar, brown sugar, dried onion, red pepper, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously until it reaches your preferred thickness. Let it cool before refrigerating for later use.
