Quick and easy peach cobbler: Mix pantry staples with canned peaches, bake, and serve with vanilla ice cream - perfect for surprise guests or a simple treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (28 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Spread the peaches across the bottom of the baking dish. In a bowl, gently combine milk, sugar, flour, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until just moistened (some lumps are okay). Pour the mixture over the peaches without mixing.
  • Simply bake until beautifully golden for about an hour in the preheated oven. Serve warm.
