Marinated shrimp grilled in a vibrant pomegranate-orange juice blend for a perfect balance of tangy and sweet flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice (such as POM® Wonderful)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, blend together pomegranate juice, orange juice, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until the marinade is thoroughly mixed.
  • Coat shrimp with marinade in a zip-top bag or glass bowl, ensuring they are fully covered. Refrigerate and let marinate for 45 minutes.
  • Heat up your outdoor grill to medium heat and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Skewer shrimp onto metal skewers, removing excess marinade.
  • Grill the shrimp on high heat until they turn pink and curl slightly, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and plate them up.
