Try this mouthwatering recipe for "Lobster Chicken" inspired by a secret family recipe. Marinated, grilled, and dipped in butter, this dish will have you savoring every bite. Serve with clarified butter for an indulgent touch.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, oil, garlic salt, pepper, brown sugar, mustard powder, ginger, and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes, then cool. Marinate chicken in the bag with this mixture, removing air and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Heat the grill to medium-low, then lightly oil the grate when ready.
  • Grill the chicken, discarding the marinade, until the juices run clear, turning as needed to prevent burning, for about 20 to 25 minutes.
