Savory sausage soup with cabbage, potatoes, and onions - a hearty and satisfying meal in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
  • 0.5 head cabbage, finely chopped
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, cook the sausage, breaking it apart, until evenly browned.
  • Combine broth, water, and sausage in a pot. Stir in beef bouillon granules until dissolved. Add cabbage, potatoes, onion, and garlic. Season with marjoram, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 20 minutes.
