Spinach, onion, garlic, and bread crumb stuffed pork loin glazed with a delectable sweet sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Sauté spinach, butter, onions, and garlic in a pan until tender. Mix in bread crumbs. Slice tenderloin in half lengthwise, then fill with spinach mixture and tie with kitchen twine.
  • Combine ketchup, orange juice, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Use half of the mixture to baste the tenderloin. Sprinkle pork with cumin. Transfer to a shallow roaster and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour uncovered. Baste with the remaining marinade, cover, and bake for another hour. Check the temperature with an instant-read thermometer until it reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) in the center.
