Indulge in a delectable seafood pizza topped with juicy prawns, pineapple, sundried tomatoes, and savory parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 335g 97% fat-free pizza bases
  • 125.00 ml pizza sauce
  • 82.50 ml grated parmesan cheese
  • 450g green prawns, peeled (tails left intact), deveined
  • 1/4 pineapple, peeled, core removed, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 125.00 ml semi-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 250.00 ml grated light mozzarella cheese
  • 125.00 ml basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 220°C. Place the pizza bases on 2 baking trays and generously spread them with delicious pizza sauce.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Add prawns, pineapple, onion, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Bake for 15-20 minutes, switching trays halfway, until bases are crispy and cheese is melted. Finish with fresh basil. Serve and enjoy!
