Cozy up this winter with a comforting Malaysian soup.
Ingredients:
  • 200g dried rice stick noodles
  • 270ml can coconut milk
  • 1L Real Soup Base -Malaysian
  • 300g green prawns, peeled
  • 120g green beans, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 250.00 ml bean sprouts
  • 125.00 ml coriander leaves
  • 125.00 ml mint leaves
  • Thinly sliced red chilli
Instructions:
  • Soak the noodles in warm water until they are pliable.
  • Combine fragrant coconut milk with savory Campbell's Real Soup Base - Malaysian in a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
  • Simmer prawns, noodles, and green beans together until prawns are perfectly cooked, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with bean sprouts and desired toppings.
