Prawns with bacon and herb mayonnaise

Quick and easy seafood appetizer perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 300g mayonnaise
  • 120g sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped chives
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped tarragon
  • 500g cooked prawns
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat a frypan over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon, turning occasionally, for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towel, cool, and finely chop.
  • In a bowl, mix together the bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, chives, and tarragon. Season to taste.
  • Arrange prawns in glasses or small bowls, then top with bacon and herb mayonnaise. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
